  • Adoption of the Globe@ccess and Pulse tools for simplified, real-time, fully-secure management of risks abroad and international insurance programmes.
  • A dedicated team of 30 multilingual experts (speaking English, Italian, German, Ukrainian, Swedish, Portuguese, Turkish and Russian) offers a tailored service for companies doing business internationally.
  • A presence in over 110 countries through the WBN network, achieving global coverage with tailored local solutions.

Backed by two decades of international experience, Verlingue, a subsidiary of the Adelaïde Group, the leader in corporate insurance brokerage, has announced a significant expansion of its international offering, drawing on a team of multilingual experts and the adoption of two innovative technology tools: Globe@ccess and Pulse. These digital solutions enable centralised, secure management of international risks, along with real-time management of the insurance contracts. This development meets companies’ growing demand for bespoke solutions that are tailored to the complex challenges of international expansion.

With over 110 countries covered through its partnership with the Worldwide Broker Network (WBN), Verlingue is stepping up its capacity to guide and support companies in their offshore development, while at the same time offering comprehensive expertise in Personal Insurance (ADP) and in Fire, Accident and Sundry Risks (IARD) insurance.

True to its inherently independent nature, Verlingue is extending its international offering with tailored solutions

Its 30-strong team of experts dealing exclusively with international business equips Verlingue to guide and support companies in their international expansion, thanks to tailored solutions. Verlingue relies on its subsidiaries in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Portugal and Italy, along with WBN, the Worldwide Broker Network. This ecosystem enables Verlingue to provide built-in support for Property & Casualty Insurance and Employee Benefit Insurance, so that Risk Managers and Human Resources Directors can manage numerous insurance contracts abroad in real time.

In its tradition of independence, Verlingue offers personalised risk-coverage solutions that stand out from the standardised offers of the market’s key players. Its approach is inherently flexible, drawing on its global network of WBN insurance brokers, the most extensive global network of independent brokers, present in over 110 countries.

“We’re proud to be supporting our clients’ international expansion with a combination of global services and tailored local solutions. This synergy enables us to meet governance and compliance requirements in full, while offering personalised insurance programmes tailored to the specific features of each market,” said Benjamin Verlingue, Chairman and CEO of the Adelaïde Group.

International expertise backed by the Pulse and Globe@ccess digital solutions in Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits

Verlingue has a dedicated International Employee Benefits Department, which supports over 180 international clients and over 220 subsidiaries of foreign multinationals. Its technical and human approach is underpinned by the Globe@ccess technology solution, a secure risk-management and reporting tool that covers 80 countries in the areas of health insurance, life & disability insurance and retirement pensions. Globe@ccess coordinates all of the personal insurance contracts held at international locations, using a single help-line.

With regard to Property and Casualty Insurance, Verlingue has 20 multilingual professionals dedicated to the insurance contracts of French companies based abroad, or non-French companies established in France. They have access to the Pulse digital platform, which gives them fully-secure, real-time access to all of their insurance data and provisions, from the initial underwriting through to the compensation claims. Through the German Desk, the only such provision on the market, Verlingue also supports Swiss, German and Austrian companies in their business operations in France. Outside France, Verlingue manages over 1,100 local insurance policies that are reinsured within the framework of global programmes.

Whether for export or import companies, SMEs, mid-caps or large groups, Verlingue arranges bespoke guidance and support with 400 client accounts from 70 global partners, thereby guaranteeing optimal management of the insurance programmes in a complex international setting in which, over and above the traditional risks, they must also cope with numerous contingencies.
