Changes and Appointments to expand its international teams
Verlingue (Adelaïde Group) is continuing its development and confirming its ambitions by expanding its teams. The insurance broker specialising in corporate protection has announced four new arrivals: two directors, Property & Casualty Paris Ile-de-France and Employee Benefits International, as well as a Personal Insurance Manager and a Employee Benefits Consultant Manager in Ile-de-France.
A stronger international division
Axel Zoma has been appointed Head of International – Employee Benefits with twenty years of experience in personal insurance. After working for Mercer and then Towers Watson, he specialised in the governance and management of international programmes for French and foreign multinationals. Over the last few years, he has been involved in international health and welfare issues, employee mobility and the pensions of local and expatriate staff.
This appointment strengthens Verlingue’s ability to develop by investing in the Large Business segment and confirms its ambition to become a leading international insurance broker. Its objectives are to generate more sustained revenue growth in these markets by attracting more business from WBN member brokers, third-party brokers and foreign subsidiaries. This will enable Verlingue to consolidate its ability to structure an international investment and coordination management service for its customers and prospects.
Continued growth in the Ile-de-France region
Also continuing its development in the Ile-de-France region, Fabrice Gomet has joined the teams in the region as Property and Casualty Director. Having held various positions at Marsh and FM Global, he started out at Delta Assurances. His mission at Verlingue is to step up the skills of the Ile-de-France teams and to contribute his technical expertise to the group’s activities, particularly in the field of property damage. The size and challenges of the region are a strategic focus for Verlingue.
Alongside him, Sébastien Brocard and Sarah Bendenguir will bring their commercial and technical expertise in Personal Insurance. They will help Verlingue to continue to develop in the service of its customers and the needs of its policyholders. The former has twenty years’ experience in Personal Insurance, acquired successively at GMC, Filhet Allard and WTW (Gras Savoye), and is now Manager of Personal Insurance in the Ile-de-France region. Back at Verlingue, after a stint at WTW (Gras Savoye), Sarah Bendenguir joins the Ile-de-France teams as Employee Benefits Ile-de-France Consultant Manager.
