Presentations at the RH&M “Mieux Vivre en Entreprise” conference

The RH&M Group, a network specialising in training and development for Human Resources Professionals, organised the 15th edition of its “Mieux Vivre en Entreprise” conference this week.
As a partner of this not-to-be-missed event for HR professionals, Verlingue was delighted to take part with its experts in a keynote speech and in the closing debate on the following topics:
- “ChatGPT, an opportunity for seniors” with Mathias Hildebrand, Verlingue Client Director
- “A fractured society: is the company the last line of defence? Un(e) (m)onde de chocs!” with Bernard de Laportalière, Director of Human Resources, Adelaïde Group

At this round table, Bernard shared his vision of the company:
“[…] In an uncertain world, putting employees at the heart of decision-making, at the same level as customers, is an opportunity for the company […] HR must continue to train in sociology, skills management and AI to anticipate change. AI, when anticipated, offers new career prospects and creates more value – provided it is integrated into a healthy and trusting working environment […].”
