Read Christophe Hartmann’s testimony on absenteeism
6 May 2022
Christophe Hartmann, Director of Personal Insurance at Verlingue, spoke in the Opinion newspaper’s feature on “Covid or not, companies faced with increasing absenteeism”. Find out what he had to say in this daily newspaper.
“The increase in absenteeism has been regular for several years. The rate of employee sick leave, excluding maternity leave, which was 4.7% in 2018 and 4.8% in 2019, jumped to 5.7% in 2020, notably due to sick leave for sick children and isolation orders. And it has remained at 5.5% in 2021. Our solutions and partners allow us to deploy tailor-made prevention plans for our clients.”
“The absenteeism rate and its components are key indicators that we monitor with our clients as part of their CSR strategy.”
