This transaction supports Verlingue UK’s recent development in the Midlands and South West of England and considerably strengthens its personal insurance offering in the SME and ETI market.

This acquisition is fully in line with Verlingue’s 2024 strategic plan, which aims to create a major European insurance broker, family-owned and independent, and was recently consolidated with the acquisition of Inser Spa.
